Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy (APCD)
The Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy fosters high-level education, research and dialogue with respect to transnational diplomacy in the Asia-Pacific region.
Through its research, teaching, training and outreach activities, APCD seeks to promote a vision of diplomacy that recognises that representatives of states increasingly work in a world in which the demands of global governance and the impact of new transnational actors can profoundly shape what is politically achievable or ethically defensible.
